Inspection and Warranty Policy

Upon delivery:

  • thoroughly inspect your purchase
  • check that it matches your order
  • take the time to count the pieces
  • ensure there is no damage.


If the packaging looks damaged, or any other discrepancies are found, make note of the specific details on your packing slip and waybill. Damage claims cannot be made without this information. Call MDA at (204) 945-3000 as soon as possible to report the damage.



For warranty purposes, keep a copy of the packing slip in a safe place. You may also wish to keep a copy in a central inventory file so it may be easily located in the future.
