Inspection and Warranty Policy

Upon delivery:

  • thoroughly inspect your purchase, specifically furniture
  • check that it matches your order
  • take the time to count the pieces
  • ensure there is no damage.


If the packaging or furniture looks damaged, or any other discrepancies are found, make note of the specific details on your packing slip and waybill. Damage claims cannot be made without this information. Call MDA at (204) 945-3000 as soon as possible to report the damage.



For warranty purposes, keep a copy of the packing slip (whether furniture or other large ticket item) in a safe place. For furniture, we suggest placing a copy in an envelope and attaching it to the bottom of the item. You may also wish to keep a copy in a central inventory file so it may be easily located in the future.
